Twelve years ago, Lori walked the the doors with a need for love and family, and has never looked back! 1110 Long Pond began with a yoga mat, a big dream, and a deep desire to create a space where people could move, breathe, and belong. What started as a passion has blossomed into a thriving community - one grounded in growth, connection, and shared energy.

It's more than just showing up for class.
It’s about holding space for one another. It’s the smiles, the support, the unspoken understanding as we move through challenges - both on and off the mat. We’ve grown together in strength and stillness, in heart and hustle.
As a woman-owned business, reaching this 12-year milestone is especially meaningful. It’s a celebration of resilience, intuition, and the power of leading with love. It’s proof that when women, and men, support each other, amazing things happen.
To every teacher, yogi, and soul who has ever stepped through our doors - thank you. You are the heart of this studio. Here’s to twelve years of movement, magic, and the beautiful community we’ve built together. And we’re just getting started.

Class Offerings Include:
Vinyasa Power Yoga (75 min, heated, all levels) – A dynamic, breath-centered flow designed to empower and restore.
Hour of Power (60 min, heated) – A shorter but equally powerful practice focused on breath and movement.
Restorative Yoga (non-heated) – A peaceful, prop-supported class for deep relaxation and renewal.
Foundations (non-heated) – A slower-paced, non-flow class focusing on alignment and breath.
Yin Yoga (non-heated) – A deep stretch practice to target connective tissues and promote joint mobility.
Basics (heated, 90 degrees) – A great introduction to power vinyasa yoga, with an emphasis on alignment and breath.
