Restorative Yoga: This non-heated, deeply meditative practice uses bolsters, blankets, and blocks to support your body. You'll experience the benefits of gentle backbends, twists, and folds without muscle exertion, allowing total surrender and deep internal healing. Music is typically played to enhance relaxation.
Foundations: Designed for a slower, more deliberate practice, Foundations is a non-heated, non-flow class where each pose is explored individually. Perfect for beginners or anyone seeking to strengthen their understanding of alignment and posture. Music may accompany this practice.
Yin Yoga: A slower-paced, non-heated class focusing on the connective tissues — ligaments, joints, and fascia. With the support of props, Yin promotes joint health, improved mobility, and a deep calming of the nervous system.
Basics: Perfect for beginners or those seeking a moderate pace, Basics classes are heated to 90 degrees and focus on fundamental poses, alignment, and breathwork. You’ll build strength, flexibility, and range of motion while sweating out toxins and reducing stress. Music may be played to create an uplifting atmosphere.
