Yin Yoga involves long-held, passive postures (about 5 minutes each) that target the spine, hips, and pelvis, focusing on connective tissue where emotional and physical trauma is stored. As we age, this tissue can dry and become brittle; regular practice helps restore moisture, reducing joint issues and improving overall well-being.
A Sound Bath promotes relaxation and healing by shifting brain wave states through various frequencies, guiding you from waking consciousness to a deeper meditative state for internal healing.
Combining Yin Yoga with a Sound Bath enhances healing by promoting the flow of qi (energy) through key meridians in the hips and pelvis, encouraging openness in our chakras (energy centers).
