Experience invigorating yoga in a 60 or 75 minute heated format.
Vinyasa Power Yoga
Core Power 75
A 75-minute heated power vinyasa with a core-focused session designed to build strength and stamina through dynamic movement, breath work and challenging sequences.
Basics
Heated practice - great for beginners and yogis wishing to practice at a more moderate pace.
Yin Yoga
Slower paced, non-heated class that works all of the connective tissue of the body.
Restorative
Non-heated yoga based off of the word "rest". Slow, peaceful, meditative practice.

Non-heated hybrid practice that is made up of a combination of Yin and Restorative poses.
Non-Heated Gentle Flow
This 60-minute vinyasa class offers a slow, mindful flow connecting breath to movement, focusing on accessible poses to build strength and stability.
